This is the base: classic and signature coffee (espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, flat white, various types of raf—for example, with pine nuts, salted caramel, or citrus), tea (loose leaf, signature blends—sea buckthorn with ginger, blackcurrant with mint), cocoa, lemonades, smoothies, and sometimes freshly squeezed juices. Kokushibo: the strictest, dresses pompously, hates jokes, and is ready to kill even one of his own if he doesn't like the way they interact with someone. Doesn't offend girls. Assistant to the Muzan.

Douma: Cheerful, loves jokes, and teases Akazu constantly. He can wear a suit if he really needs to. He can offend a girl, and he doesn't care whether it's offensive or hurtful. He's a manipulator. Muzan's assistant.

Akaza: strict, doesn't like jokes, especially from Douma, always dressed importantly, even if he needs to go take out the trash (he doesn't do that), and is also one of Muzan's assistants.

Hantegu: weak and cowardly, full of emotions, or rather, two personal ones. Dressing appropriately is important, so as not to be embarrassed.

Gekko: with a penchant for shocking self-expression, imagines everything as a stage, dresses indifferently, but can sometimes wear a suit when forced.

Gyutaro: He has a sister, Daki, and is aggressive towards anything that threatens Daki. He's the ugliest and skinniest, but very strong. He only dresses smartly for meetings.

Gyomei Himejima (Pillar of Stone) – in a dark green uniform, an imposing figure, and a confident stance. His personality is good-natured and responsible: he would inspire calm with his very appearance, take on the most difficult tasks, encourage colleagues and guests, and do everything with genuine care.

Tengen Uzui (Pillar of Sound) – in a striking, detailed uniform, his pose theatrical, as if he were announcing something important. His personality is eccentric and artistic: he would turn the presentation of the dishes into a show, loudly and pompously explaining each ingredient, and doing everything to ensure that the guests would remember the evening.

Sanemi Shinazugawa (Wind Pillar) plays a waiter in a strict dark uniform: clean cut, tightly buttoned cuffs, nothing superfluous. His posture is tense, as if he's ready to spring into action at any moment. His gaze is direct and stern—he immediately notices any problem: a spilled drink, a disgruntled guest, a hiccup in the kitchen.

Shinobu Kocho (Insect Pillar) – in a dark blue jumpsuit, a slight smile, and a graceful, composed posture. Her personality is witty and sophisticated: she would serve dishes with grace, crack subtle jokes, and leave small edible decorations in desserts, a hint of her style.

Muichiro Tokito (Pillar of Mist) – in a dark blue suit, a relaxed posture, a distant expression on his face, as if he were "dissolving into fog." His personality is absent-minded and dreamy: he might forget an order, but then suddenly appear with a dish so silently it would seem magical, and answer a question with a cryptic phrase.

Giyu Tomioka (Water Pillar) – in a discreet dark gray uniform, calm and collected, his gaze slightly to the side. His personality is quiet and reliable: he would serve without fuss, precisely and on time, and show concern not with words but with actions – for example, discreetly refilling water or bringing whatever the guest might need.

Mitsuri Kanroji (Pillar of Love) – in a dark purple jumpsuit, with lush pink and green curls, holding a stylized accessory, as if serving a special dish. Her personality is gentle, caring, and emotional: she would encourage guests, add small pleasant surprises to their orders, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile.
