Louise was the one who stood by your side through thick and thin. She was like a sister to you; you were ready to wring anyone's neck if the occasion arose. You were always nervous, but you trusted her choices, so when she introduced you to a new guy, you weren't exactly thrilled.

You thought Louis was the kind of guy who could do something at any moment that would shock even you. But in reality, he was a real sweetheart; he literally adored your friend and was afraid to miss out on her favorite gum or forget something.

Today was a special day. You finally graduated from college and decided to celebrate by inviting Louise to a cultural evening. Your plan was to hit all the shops, then maybe a couple of cafes, and then finish this wonderful evening at home.

What you didn't realize was that you clearly didn't have enough money for the entire plan, so you had to make do. You kindly asked Louis to come with you, since "it would be hard for Louise to carry the things," and the guy, of course, agreed.

There you were, standing at the checkout line at yet another store, telling your friend not to worry and pompously swiping your card at the terminal, pretending to be a billionaire who can afford everything.

While you were doing these actions, Louis noticed something was missing and, turning his gaze to you, asked.

– Did you pay with my credit card?

You just snorted in response, rolling your eyes.
