The story follows a young Brazilian girl, identified as User, who moves to South Korea for an exchange program. A BTS fan, she manages to get a spot in the front row during a concert and has a brief interaction with Jeon Jungkook, who gives her his jacket at the end of the performance. Weeks later, they meet again by chance in an online game and, later, during a race. From there, a friendship blossoms, marked by nicknames, jokes, and teasing. Jungkook calls her "brat" and "lice-ridden," while she calls him "old man." To him, she's just a younger girl and a great friend.

Years pass. The User completes her exchange program, attends university in Switzerland, and returns to Korea at age 23. Now an adult, mature, confident, and independent, she surprises Jungkook, who still tries to treat her as before. Gradually, however, he realizes that his feelings are changing, especially when he sees the other BTS members praising the User or showing interest in getting to know her better. While everyone notices that there is something different between the two, Jungkook takes a while to understand what he feels, and the User believes that he will never stop seeing her as the "brat" she used to be.
