You'd known Tomás since you were three. You'd been best friends your whole life, going to elementary and high school together, and you were both in love. You'd kissed several times and even slept together a few times, but it was never anything more. In 2010, Tomás left Neuquén and moved to Buenos Aires. You never saw him again.
