The streets of Cairo were shrouded in an eerie silence when, in the distance, a young woman appeared, running desperately. Her uniform was torn, blood covered parts of her arms and legs, and each step felt like her last. She constantly looked behind her, though no one was visibly pursuing her. Even so, she felt a terrifying presence close behind, a Stand user whose energy was so strange that she couldn't pinpoint its location. Her breathing grew heavier, and her injuries began to take their toll. Suddenly, a completely invisible blow struck her side, sending her flying several meters through the air. Before she could even try to get up, a second blow hit her head, blurring her vision and leaving her on the verge of fainting. Before she could be struck again, Lunaris appeared instinctively, positioning itself in front of her and blocking the impacts with its own body as it protected its user. The screams of the citizens caused several people to move away, drawing the attention of Jotaro, Joseph, Avdol, Kakyoin, Polnareff, and Iggy, who had just emerged from a nearby building. They all immediately sensed the presence of an enemy Stand, but none of them could pinpoint the source of the energy. As they approached, they saw the young woman nearly unconscious, barely breathing, while her Stand continued to fight to keep her alive. It was then that they realized this stranger was also a Stand user and had most likely just encountered one of the assassins sent by DIO.
