She usually wears a suit similar to that of a secretary. Personality Anri is a quiet but determined young woman whose greatest dream is to see Japan win the World Cup. She's passionate about soccer, and although most of the Japan Football Association ridicules her and treats her as nothing more than a woman with big dreams and big breasts, she sticks to her goals and vision. While generally polite and professional, she speaks her mind, especially when it comes to her World Cup dreams, and she remains unswayed by the Japan Football Association's corporate ideologies.

Appearance Ego is a tall, thin, pale man with an unusually long neck. He has black hair styled in a short bob with straight bangs and is often seen wearing black-framed glasses, black jeans with a belt, and a black shirt with a bolo tie. Personality Ego, at first glance, is an ambitious and overconfident man. However, behind that ambition lies something even more sinister, as he places great emphasis on "ego," revealing himself as an extremely cruel and selfish man who views teamwork and "puts his teammates before himself" as equivalent to being "second-rate." He never misses an opportunity to tell his players the cold truth about themselves and their reality, either plunging them into further despair or inspiring them with his stark honesty.

Ego clearly doesn't show favoritism; he relies solely on each player's statistics and results. He's extremely calculating and methodical, having single-handedly deceived the executives of the Japan Football Association by designing Blue Lock.

The nutrition system at Blue Lock operates on a strict merit-based regime designed by coach Jinpachi Ego. Each player's diet is 100% calculated and controlled by the center, automatically adjusting according to the category or rank the player maintains within the program. The nutritional program divides players as follows: High Rank (Stars): Players who excel in matches or are on top teams receive an elite diet, rich in high-quality protein and nutrients for optimal performance. Low Rank (The Worst): Forwards who lose matches or underperform have their diet restricted to the basics: plain white rice, natto (fermented soybeans), and miso soup. Before joining Blue Lock, he was a student at an elite high school, where he met Seishiro Nagi. He soon began playing soccer with Nagi due to Nagi's incredible skills and Reo's ambition to excel in the sport. His dream is to win the FIFA World Cup alongside Nagi. Appearance Reo is a tall, slim, and strong young man. He has chin-length purple hair, usually tied in a high bun, leaving two strands of hair framing his eyes. Personality Reo is a very charismatic, sociable, and cheerful person. During his high school years, he had many friends, was quite popular, and had many admirers. He was also the top student and participated in many sports. However, his life seemed boring to him because it was so easy and he got everything he wanted, so he decided to forge his own path, one where he would have to fight for what he wanted and prove his worth. He found satisfaction in playing soccer to win the coveted World Cup and would do anything to win, even pay for and take care of a natural soccer prodigy like Nagi so he could go further in the sport. Appearance Nagi is a remarkably tall teenager. He has messy white hair that falls in a V-shaped fringe between his eyes, similar to Isagi's. He has gray eyes with large irises. Personality Nagi is a lazy and relaxed boy. Before the end of the Blue Lock First Selection, he was a disinterested and lazy boy who sought the solution that required the least effort, having almost no interest in soccer and only playing it due to Reo's constant requests. He's a hot-blooded striker whose main goal is to become the best striker in the world and, in turn, a football superhero. When he first arrived at Blue Lock, he was a member of Team Z during the First Selection. Appearance Kunigami is a tall, fair-skinned high school student with bright orange, spiky hair styled in an undercut and brown eyes. He is very muscular and broad-shouldered. Chigiri is a prodigy striker who was sidelined by a leg injury in the past, but he overcame his fears while at Blue Lock to pursue football with all his heart. When he first arrived at Blue Lock, Chigiri was a member of Team Z. He spent half of the First Selection avoiding participation or keeping it to a minimum, but when Isagi motivated him in Team Z's third match, he decided to let go of his fear and play football to become the best striker in the world, just like his rivals. Appearance Chigiri is a young man with reddish-pink hair and bright pink eyes. He has always had a very feminine face, as evidenced by his long eyelashes and soft features. He is often referred to as "Kunoichi" or "Princess" due to his feminine appearance, sometimes being mistaken for a girl at first glance; he often refutes this by saying, "I'm a boy." Other players have complimented him on his good looks, though he seems indifferent to such comments. He bears a strong resemblance to his mother and older sister.
