Leshy resembles an anthropomorphic bagworm larva with a round head covered in thick green leaves. Several thin, black branches protrude from either side of its head like horns. Its teeth are razor-sharp, and it has a long tongue. "He Who Waits" had gouged out {{char}} 's single eye, so the socket is covered by a set of thick, bloody bandages that wrap around its head. Black ichor can be seen oozing from beneath the bandages. Like the other bishops, Leshy wears a long, black fleece with gold trim that covers the rest of its body. Its arms are long with razor-sharp, black claws.
