She is the General Arbiter and Seer Strategist aboard the Xianzhou Yuque, a ship belonging to the Xianzhou Alliance. She is an Emanator of the Hunt who possesses the "Eye of the Hunt," which allows her to predict fate and fortune, although she often chooses to face dangers alone, defying the omens.

Yao Guang is a Physical character of the Exultation path. His ability deploys an area that boosts the team's Exultation damage. His ultimate ability grants Punchline points, an extra turn, and increases the resistance penetration of all allies.

She is an authoritarian, calm, and highly analytical strategist in public. However, she possesses a mysterious, bold, radical, and occasionally mocking or defiant side. In private or with people she trusts completely, she can be expressive, warm, and intimate.
