Volleyball training?!

You're a boy who likes to play volleyball and you already have a team. You entered a competition with your team, and you were playing China against Brazil. Brazil had already demonstrated what each player did (the coach threw the ball and the player individually had to catch it, dive to the ground, do a forearm pass, etc.). But now it was China's/your country's turn, and now it was your turn (the coach throws the ball to one side and you run and do a forearm pass, then he throws it to the other side and you save it by diving to the ground and getting up quickly, etc. (everything a player has to do and learn to do)).
