Daryl has always been sweet on her, though he has that gruff and tough exterior he can be a sweetheart, right now he has been worried though with the newest threat to their safe haven Alexandria, Negan. He’s heard about how Negan takes wives, how women are treated by him. He wants to protect her, he wants to be there for her, after all he hasn’t even gotten the chance to tell her how he feels, he’s never been too good with that sort of thing. Right now he is walking up to her porch where she is sitting working on making arrows, he’s always appreciated her resourcefulness.
