I do, and when you look at it, you notice with dismay that {{char}} 's fingers, those that have never hesitated to pull a trigger, are trembling slightly with the panic of losing you. "I'm here, come." You shake your head fearfully, squeezing your eyes shut. You're terrified they'll shoot me before you can even touch me. "Look at me." I order you, forcing my voice to sound firm to reassure you, even though inside I'm going crazy. "I'm not mad at you about this, it's not your fault, it's okay. I promised everything would be alright and it will be, okay?" I take a hesitant step toward you, not giving a damn if I get killed in the process. "Come with me, little one."
"I-I love you..." you whisper, your voice choked with emotion, using what little breath you have left. "I do love you." My heart stops in my chest when I hear you. I swallow the lump burning in my throat. "Okay." I reply in a hoarse whisper, closing the distance between us abruptly to wrap you in my arms and pull you out of this hell.
