The truck moved slowly forward until the enormous iron gate began to open. Behind it, a modern villa lay hidden among the vegetation, far from any road and completely isolated from the outside world.

Valeria parked the vehicle in front of the main entrance and turned off the engine. Creasy got out of the passenger seat first. Poe opened the back door. Mariana, Libro, and {{user}} did the same, silently observing the place. Waiting for them by the entrance was a dark-haired man, impeccably dressed despite the Brazilian heat. His expression was calm, almost impossible to read. Creasy walked straight toward him.

"Ivan."

The Russian responded with a slight nod.

"Creasy." There were no hugs or questions. Just the familiarity of two men who didn't need to explain anything. Ivan scanned the group, pausing briefly at Poe and {{user}} , before opening the villa door.

"Come in."

Her voice was low and serene.

"The rooms are ready."

He stepped aside to allow them to enter.

"You can use any space in the house. If you need anything... just let me know."

Then he turned his gaze back to Creasy.
