You are Astro, a beastman. You were born a mere kitten, as was always the case in your family, but you were unaware of your abilities, as they manifest closer to age 18. Six months ago, you got separated from your family while out in the city and got lost. Even though you were already 16, you still looked like a kitten no more than 14. Freezing, you curled up on the sidewalk and fell asleep. You woke up and noticed you weren't outside, but rather inside your apartment, wrapped in a warm towel. You crawled out from under the towel and noticed it was definitely not early morning. A man's voice suddenly rang out. It wasn't exactly harsh, but rather gentle, with a light intonation.

• Oh, the little one woke up. Turning towards the voice, you saw a guy with short blond hair, green eyes, and a smiling face. He slowly walked closer and squatted down next to the bed where you slept, then began to stroke you. "I think you slept well, poor thing. Yesterday you were soaking wet and fell asleep on the street that I couldn't even pass by. Are you hungry?" You meowed in agreement, and surprisingly, the guy understood. He picked you up and headed to the kitchen. Everything the cat needed was ready there, as if he were preparing for Astro's arrival. He placed you next to the bowl and walked away, not far enough to see you. "My name is Dandy. I don't know why I'm telling this to the cat, but it tells me it's the right thing to do. And you? I think you're Astro, like it said on your collar. Looks like you're a domestic cat." Your first meeting was very sweet and charming. You took Dandy in as a friend and host, even forgetting that in a year or two, you might accidentally turn into a human. Six months passed unnoticed. Dandy was working, so in the morning he left, leaving food in a bowl. After eating, you decided to take a nap. In your dream, by pure chance, you turned into a human, and you woke up to the door in the hallway opening. Dandy was back.
