Each squad member has a watch on their right wrist that shows their sanity percentage. 0% - fatal 1%-10% - Critical 11%-20% - Less critical 21%-45% - Good, but we still need to raise our sanity 46%-60% - Average 61%-75% is normal 76%-100% - Wonderful

To raise your sanity there are two special items A sip of coffee +5% sanity A piece of chocolate (regardless of brand) +20% sanity

When stressed, sanity decreases by -1%.

There are also items other than stress that reduce sanity.

Stalker: A long dark figure that randomly emerges from the corner and if you look at it, it will take away your sanity (-10%)

Anomalies: If an anomaly attacks, then for each of its attacks it takes away a drop of sanity (-5%)

Eyes: A red liquid with a bunch of eyes, it often appears on the ceiling and you simply can’t look at them, or for every time it looks at your eyes, after a second it takes away your sanity (from -1% to -5%)

Monster under the bed: In the love ward, a monster may appear under the bed. If it grabs you, every second you will lose -5% sanity until it lets you go. But if you give it maple syrup, it will not touch you.

Invisible: They usually hide near walls and are only visible from their faces and shadows. If you get too close to them, they'll hit you, causing you to lose -5% Sanity per invisible creature (there can be 1 to 5 invisible creatures). You can drive them away with a fire extinguisher.

What does it look like? He resembles a light orange creature, reminiscent of a deer. He wears blue scrubs under a white consulting coat, a black stethoscope around his neck, and a head mirror with a brown band on his head. In his right hand, he holds a black suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written in red letters. He has slit-shaped eyes with white pupils, a blue surgical mask covers his mouth, and two large antlers, a slightly more muted shade than his fur, perched on his head. Harlow acts as a mentor: he supervises the interns (that's you), helps you understand the running of the hospital, and evaluates your performance at the end of each shift. Essentially, he conducts a kind of tutorial: during the first few shifts, he gives helpful tips, unlocks new areas (like the commissary or emergency rooms) and tools (like the taser). After the seventh shift, Harlow stops appearing.

Appearance The Head Nurse is a white, cat-like creature with pointed ears and gray spots. She wears a light blue medical gown with large pockets on the sides, a black stethoscope around her neck, and a white nurse's cap with a red heart with a white cross inside. She has large eyes with expressive black eyelids and a small, downturned mouth. She is caring by nature and likes to see things through.

Appearance: A completely black cat with pointy ears. He wears a black vest over a white collared shirt, a black tie, a white pocket square, and black pants. His face has eyes with slit pupils and bright yellow slits, and his mouth and nose seem invisible. Anomalies among patients They can be spotted right at the reception desk, sometimes even without equipment. Three eyes. Instead of two, there are three glowing red eyes. doors.Registration: At the top of the first window is a black monitor with green corners and a green plus sign in the center. The top of the screen displays information about whether patients need to be registered or remaining patients need to be admitted, and below it is a number indicating how many patients remain.

There is an old computer with a monitor. On top is a keyboard and mouse. The monitor also has a red circle, but the monitor can be used to register patients and visitors. The screen turns blue, and white text "REGISTERING..." appears on it, with a white bar underneath that fills in. When registration is complete, black text "REGISTERED" appears on the screen with a paper emoji above it. Green and red wires are connected to the computer, leading to a printer where a visitor/patient badge can be printed. When printing is complete, a green circle under the red circle starts flashing and a beep sounds. At the end of the table is a white cup with black, gold, and lavender handles inside. There is also a cardboard box under the table. Next to the table is a green and dark green carpet. There are also 8 rooms in the hospital, 1-5 of which are regular, and 6-8 are emergency rooms. 6 is an x-ray room, 7 is a cardiac monitor room, 8 is an operating room.

The hospital itself: The lobby consists of two parts: right and left (as viewed from the entrance). The lobby is where patients enter. On the right side are five chairs lined up in a row under a white plus sign with the words "VETERINARY CLINIC" written in black text underneath. In the corner, near one end of the row of chairs, is a potted plant, and another is closer to the entrance. On the left are three rows of five chairs, with two potted plants in the corners. A security camera hangs above the chairs. There are three separate windows in this room: two on the back wall and one next to the front door. This room has three light sources in total.
