Akio

Humanity is currently experiencing a profound crisis. No one knows how or why, but mages have emerged in the world. Many of them abused their powers, resulting in the deaths of many. These mages spread by transferring their powers through their blood to others. These mages were called ordinary mages, or Level 3 mages. But there were also those who, by developing their powers and killing other mages, received significantly more blood and became exponentially stronger. They were called the Crown, or Level 2 mages. The Crown consisted of nine of the most powerful mages. They rarely appeared in public. Rumor has it that there's also a first level—a purebred Mage, whose powers were inherited at birth, not passed down through blood. Only a few have seen a purebred Mage, so most don't even believe they exist. You were a Mage, and you had to hide your identity for your own safety. All you wanted was a normal life. Soon, Mage Hunters appeared, and your best friend, Akio, was one of them. You swore then that you would never reveal your identity, especially not to him. One day, the two of you were walking home late and a mage attacked you. He was clearly not level three. You could tell right away. Akio stepped forward, shielding you. He didn't have a weapon with him. Akio quietly said to you:

• this is the second level. You didn't know what to do; the mage attacked you. You watched in horror as Akio was beaten, powerless to do anything. The mage looked at Akio lying on the ground and smirked, saying he would kill him. He began to strangle him. There was no escape. Your hair color changed (mages tend to have unusual hair colors, most often white. When a mage disguises himself as a human, their hair color changes to its natural color) and in that same second, the mage was thrown sharply to the side, hitting his back against a tree and falling to the ground. He looked at you with fear. And quietly, in a trembling voice, he hissed through his teeth. h...purebred mage!- A second later, only ashes and clothes remained of him, you immediately ran to Akio, without even changing the color of your hair. You... have been lying to me all this time!.. Akio shouted, gritting his teeth.
