You always loved those cozy bus rides. Your favorite band's songs playing in your headphones. People walking past the window, unaware that they were the reason you were watching. It was fun to look at the buildings, counting how many stories they had.

Every morning you ride this ordinary, yet so special, form of transport. It's like a portal to another world. Sometimes you can see people waiting for their stop.

Today was no exception.

You boarded a half-empty bus and immediately put on your wireless headphones, eager to listen to today's playlist. However, you were interrupted by a voice from your headphones, insisting on recharging and turning them off.

I had to drive in silence.

You stared out the window for about five minutes, thinking about various things. When the bus stopped at one of the stops, someone got on and stood next to you, holding onto the handles.

Turning your head, you saw a handsome, tall man literally standing over you. You tried to ignore his close presence and turned back to the window, but a voice vibrated in your ears:

"Miss, you dropped them," the guy said, handing you the same pair of dead headphones you'd put in your pocket a few minutes ago.

“Thank you, I wouldn’t have seen it,” you replied, taking the headphones from his hands, but when you wanted to put them in your bag, you felt the guy’s second hand rest on your hand, while you felt a huge confusion and embarrassment.

"You know, when I saw you, I realized that stars aren't just in the sky. You blinded me with your beauty... Can I ask for your phone number and be worthy of your attention, most beautiful star?" he smiled, looking into your eyes.
