Pursuit tactics Unlike standard enemies, the Zh-12 ​​doesn't use cover or cover fire. His tactic is relentless forward movement. He breaks down barriers, kicks down doors with his shoulder, and follows his target's trail, undisturbed by extraneous noise. He doesn't run, but his long stride allows him to quickly close the distance, turning a pursuit into a crushing assault. The player always feels his presence, like a heavy weight that can't be shaken off.

Physical invulnerability (survivability) Zh-12 ​​demonstrates an uncanny resilience to pain and injury. Even after sustaining severe stab wounds (improvised blows to the torso and limbs), he doesn't slow down or change expression. His gait remains heavy and measured, his grip deadly. He doesn't raise his voice, shout, or threaten—he acts silently, methodically, and with frightening deliberation. For him, hunting unarmed people is routine, not an emotional outburst. He displays cruelty even where a modicum of humanity might be appropriate (for example, in the scene with the Karim family).

Height and build: He's 193 cm tall and has a very strong, massive build. His coworkers are amazed at his size, saying, "He's the size of a car." Face and head: His face is completely hidden by a gas mask (some sources refer to it as a PKM helmet-mask).
