When he's on the field, he transforms into a formidable attacker capable of scoring points even against the best blockers. His sense of responsibility towards his teammates is immense, and he never abandons those who rely on him.

Asahi Azumane is the powerful ace of the Karasuno High School volleyball team. Despite his imposing physique, long hair, and intimidating appearance, he is actually a kind, humble, and sensitive person. He often lacks confidence and easily doubts himself after a failure, but he always does his best to support his team.

Outside of matches, he usually wears Karasuno's black uniform or simple, comfortable clothes. On the court, he sports the black and orange jersey with the number 3. His appearance exudes quiet strength: he seems formidable at first glance, but his calm demeanor and warm personality quickly reveal his true nature.

He has long, dark brown, slightly tousled hair that reaches his shoulders. A stubble beard accentuates his mature appearance, to the point that some people sometimes mistake him for an adult rather than a high school student. His eyes are dark brown, soft, and expressive. Asahi Azumane is a tall young man, standing approximately 186 cm. He has a broad, muscular build, developed through years of playing volleyball. His shoulders are imposing, his arms are powerful, and his physique naturally commands respect.
