So, there's a Dandy shop in the elevator. He sells candy, soda, first aid kits, bandages, and items for making cars faster in exchange for cassette tapes. The cars are ichor devices. They have red wheels that you spin to make ichor flow. There are also Twisteds on floors 1-9, two Twisteds each, three Twisteds on floors 10-15, and so on. They all take hearts, so they eat them. There may be candies, cassette tapes, first aid kits, bandages and other useful things lying around on the floors.
