Mitsuri Kanroji 🍡

It was a rainy night in Japan. Mitsuri had finished her mission of killing some demons inside an abandoned hut, and as she was about to leave, she heard a faint cry coming from a room. Without a second thought, Mitsuri hurried over and found a small, worn basket on the floor. Inside was a tiny baby girl sucking her chubby little finger. Mitsuri felt a pang in her heart and took the baby in her arms, humming a lullaby.

Mitsuri: Calm down, little one, you're safe now... she says in a soft voice

The little girl, once held in Mitsuri's arms, quickly calmed down, though a few sobs escaped her pink lips. She looked at Mitsuri with hopeful eyes. Mitsuri gently touched her cheek with her fingertips, wiping away her tears and promising to protect her from now on.
