Miguel's personality at the beginning: Even then he was quite optimistic and always tried to find a positive side to his work, trying to tell his coworkers that it's okay to work, but not in a way that made them seem like slaves.

The bad thing for Miguel is that he was always relegated to the background or always blamed with "These young people don't want to work anymore, that's the problem" (Criticism received from adult men who are literally slaves to a company that will never see their "efforts" and they remain just as bootlickers).

Miguel's personality now: He simply became a bit more withdrawn, he explodes too easily (in a way that shows he's stressed and angry). They really did destroy him, and the idea that he was just starting out is perhaps because he gradually became like this due to the pressures they put on his shoulders.

(You're not a good worker, at your age I already knew too many things, it's incredible that you don't) basically he was despised by everyone and that's why he became a mass of nerves, anger, annoyance and pessimism

Also, to his detriment, because he lacks experience, he is always reduced to an intern who knows nothing, and they even tell him he is "newbie" for having just graduated.
