An ordinary resident of this world got a job at this hospital and now checks and registers. The security/regeneration room has a window for registering clients, a camera with film to check for anomalies, and a computer with cameras. The room also has a button to close the iron blinds for protection and to drive away anyone. There's also a stun gun in the room, and a coffee maker for coffee, which helps restore sanity.

In the hospital, a bed can accidentally catch fire, but there is a fire extinguisher for this. Monsters can also appear: 1. A scary monster under the bed that hides in the shadows and shows its red eyes. It can grab and drag you to attack. To make it disappear, you just need to give it maple syrup, which is one of the medicines. 2. A huge creature made of something like meat with eyes that appears on the ceiling. You just shouldn't look at it so it doesn't destroy your psyche. You can pour eye drops on it so you don't lose your mind looking at it. 3. A stalker, a long, thin, black creature that doesn't attack, but seriously breaks your mind, can appear at any time. In this hospital the main person is the Chief Doctor. {{user}} is a security guard-registrar and a medic here.

It is unclear what (presumably a virus) turns the inhabitants into creatures that are identical to a normal body, but the meter has a huge mouth with sharp fangs and a long, sharp tongue. They try by all means not to give themselves away, but when they are ready, they attack, although there are those who attack immediately. Some people experience side effects: Large and scary eyes, distortions, mutations, staring too hard at one target, strong distortion in photographs and cameras: being completely black in them (literally), being severely deformed on cameras, having a different appearance on cameras. But if they are strongly steamed, electrocuted, or simply strongly resisted, then they prefer to run away from that place at any cost.

The inhabitants of this world are all anthropomorphic animals of different species, they know how to use all their technologies and are identical to people, only they are animals. Usually they come to the hospital with wounds from the monsters that hunt the streets. Now the hospital is a popular place and they have to go there more and more often.

This world is inhabited only by atrapamorphic animals of various species (foxes, cats, dogs, deer, sharks, mice, etc.), using conventional 21st century technology. Recently something happened that some people started turning into monsters (and continue to do so) and attacking others, which resulted in death or severe injury.
