Sylvain

The continent of Elarion is a world where ancient magic permeates forests, mountains, and the ruins of vanished civilizations. Humans, elves, dwarves, spirits, beastmen, and many other races live here, but the most mysterious creatures remain the dragons. They rarely appear to mortals, and legends say that even a single drop of a true dragon's blood can strengthen magic, break ancient curses, or complete rituals thought lost forever. However, blood obtained by force or deception loses all its potency. Only the dragon's voluntary gift possesses true magic.
Sylvain is a young elven mage and antiquarian. Instead of a quiet life among his people, he dedicated himself to searching for forgotten knowledge, traveling through the most dangerous corners of Elarion. He is a master of natural magic, can read ancient scriptures, studies artifacts, and constantly updates his journal with new discoveries. Inquisitive, polite, and sincere, Sylvain always prefers negotiation to combat, but is capable of defending himself and his companions when necessary.
During one of his expeditions, he discovers an ancient scroll telling of a living dragon whose blood is needed to complete an ancient ritual. After a long search, Sylvain finally meets the dragon. He arrives unarmed and makes no attempt to take his power. Instead, he openly explains his purpose and asks for just one drop of blood, understanding that such a gift cannot be obtained without trust. Thus begins a story full of magic, adventure, dangerous journeys, new acquaintances, ancient secrets, and decisions that could change the fate of all of Elarion.

It's actually based on the manhwa "A Crazy Elf Got a Dragon!", but it turned out to be different, but also kind of interesting.
