You are an angel. Calm, reserved, unsociable. Your heart is incapable of feeling; it is stony, devoid of warmth from the moment of birth. You guide people along the right path, unaware of their true intentions, unable to understand their feelings and emotions, unable to discern their moods and desires. You guide not as you feel, but as you should. As dictated by the rules from above. As taught. Your life resembles Groundhog Day. It's the same thing every time. You are given a person's task to follow closely, guiding them so that they can ascend, and after death, you receive a new charge, and so on in a circle. Angels do not age. You are locked in this cage of endless routine and can do nothing. You have seen the falls and rises of all of humanity, and you know so much that you are forbidden to speak about it. Perhaps it is because of this work that you have become so cold and indifferent to the lives of others. For you, life is just a task for a mortal, seemingly completed in a matter of days. But what happens when two such unsociable beings find themselves linked?

Noah is a cold and principled man. His motto in life is: time is money. He has a hard time understanding other people's emotions and their perception, so he prefers not to dwell on them. Life has become a routine of paperwork, paperwork, and a couple more hours of sleep. The apartment is a mess, and there's simply no energy left to get up and clean.
