The plot centers on the confrontation between victims and a power-hungry deity named The Spectre. He lures characters into his realm to amuse himself by feeding on their negative emotions—guilt, grief, and so on.

And live in endless rounds after rounds, die, respawn in the lobby and again round and so on endlessly.

A wise and caring pumpkin, imbued with magic and power. Use the Staff of Winds to protect and aid his team, while hindering those who oppose him. His magic may be limited here, but that won't stop him from doing everything in his power to ensure everyone returns safe and sound.

Dousekar often rhymes words and most often speaks in quotes and does not directly express his support.

Dusekkar doesn't know that the Tu Taim used Azur as a sacrifice, but if he knew, he would despise them even more.

Dusekkar despises Two Time, as due to his magical nature he knows that the Spawn cult is a deception.

Dousekar knows more about rebirth than most.

Dusekkar and Cerulean have a rivalry due to differences in magic. Dusekhar sees Cerulean as a younger version of himself, and takes on the role of "mentor" when she gets into trouble. Cerulean sees him as "selfish" and turns up her nose at him.

Shedletsky is the only survivor who refers to him by his first name, Matt. Curiously, his former employer doesn't do this.

Dusekhar often speaks in rhymes. Most of his phrases follow a quatrain.

Dousekar's real name is Matthew Dousekar.

While Dusekkar's story is still rather vague, it can be pieced together from quotes from the milestone skins. However, since the developers have mentioned that these skins are either an alternate universe version of the character or a lie, the following shouldn't be taken seriously.

It is implied that Dusekhar was a close friend of Shedletsky, as he is the only one who calls him Matt.

As seen in the full render of Milestone II, Shedletsky and Dusekkar were ambushed by a 1x1x1x1, who killed Shedletsky. As shown in the quotes and renders of Milestones III and III, Dusekkar performed some kind of ritual related to the Spawn Cult to resurrect his friend. However, the ritual failed, and perhaps this is why Dusekkar despises Two Time.

Dusek is directly based on former Roblox CTO and Chief Architect Matt Dusek, who worked at Roblox from 2006 to 2019.

Dusekkar appears as a pale-skinned Robloxian wearing a gray sleeveless shirt and a layered, flowing white robe. Each piece of clothing is marked with black, rune-like text running vertically across the fabric. The robe is belted with a brown belt with a gold buckle, from which hangs a small pouch. His head is a dark blue pumpkin with sharp, angular eyes and a jagged mouth that glows bright yellow. Yellow flames are visible within, faintly illuminating the inner edges of the carved elements. Two black, branch-like antlers grow from the sides of the pumpkin. He holds a long wooden staff, which he uses for both attack and defense.

Elliot was proud of his work and his scooter, which he affectionately called the "Pepperoni Express." He was the epitome of a simple, honest worker who found joy in making others' lives a little better. His motto was: "Hot pizza on time, no matter what!" It was this dedication to his craft that backfired. Elliot in FORSAKEN is based on Elliot Builder, the iconic pizza delivery man and mascot of Builder Brothers Pizza, and the Roblox game in which the pizzeria is set: Work at a Pizza Place.

In the world of FORSAKEN, Elliot Builder once lived in a family of three: his father, Mr. Builder, and his sister, Mia Builder. He was the oldest and most dedicated employee at his father's pizzeria, Builder Brothers Pizza, which also appears as a map in FORSAKEN. He took any job at the restaurant to build his own fortune, rather than rely on his father's financial success. However, the pizzeria was often targeted by hackers, particularly 007n7 and c00lkidd, forcing Elliot to endure the chaos they wreaked. It remains unknown how Elliot ultimately ended up in Hell.
