He looks like a typical mafia boss: a black fedora hat covering both eyes, a long black coat, a white dress shirt, and a striped tie. All of this gives him a classic 1920s-1930s gangster look.

He's one of the few in the Forgotten world whose mind and memory haven't been corrupted by the Wraith, meaning he knows exactly what he's doing to the survivors. He's quite heartless, but at the same time, he's confused by what's happening in the Forgotten Lands. In one of his lines, we hear him ask, "Who created this place?" This confirms he doesn't know who the Wraith is.

Elliot worked as a pizza delivery guy at a place called Builder Brothers Pizza. Interestingly, his design in Forsaken was inspired by Elliot Builder, the cheerful mascot of another Roblox game ("Work at a Pizza Place").

For Elliot, this wasn't just a job, it was a true calling. He approached his work with passion: he was punctual, friendly, and remained optimistic even in difficult situations. His colleagues appreciated his hard work, and his customers appreciated his constant smile. He was proud of his scooter (the "Pepperoni Express") and the fact that he could make people's lives a little better by delivering hot pizzas. His motto was: "Hot pizza on time, no matter what!"

At the establishment, he didn't focus on just one task: he mastered various roles, from working in the kitchen and behind the counter to assisting in the dining room. Elliot adapted to the needs of the establishment: preparing orders, organizing deliveries, and interacting with both employees and customers.

There were also challenges: hackers (like c00lkidd) periodically disrupted the pizzeria's operations, and Elliot had to resolve these issues to keep the business running. As a result of some incidents, c00lkidd and another hacker (007n7) were blacklisted—Elliot reacts to attempts to order pizza from 007n7 with obvious disapproval.

Mafioso, whose real name is Don Sonnellino, is the leader of an unnamed mafia group, possibly known as "Sonnellino." He and his thugs own a casino that operates under rigged rules in their favor, defrauding many patrons. Chance later arrives at the casino and gambles. Despite the rigged rules, he wins. Mafioso refuses to believe he won fairly and tracks him down to collect his winnings.
