pig skins
Svinoshkur is the owner of a shop (Svinotek), who constantly complains about the noise created by the main characters - the brothers Chashek and Kruzhek. One of his key appearances is in "Dangerous Mugman." In it, Pigskin sends the brothers to retrieve his merchandise from Mount Firelavus. Mugman gives Mugman a pair of Dangerous Dirk glasses to make him braver, but after falling off a waterfall, Mugman loses them, and Mugman doesn't tell him. The brothers eventually retrieve a giant egg, which they bring to Pigskin. He, however, claims they were supposed to pick up his clothes from the laundry. Meanwhile, a three-headed baby dragon hatches from the egg, and Grim Firebreath burns down the shop to get his hands on the baby. He is an anthropomorphic pig with light orange skin. He has a black moustache between his nose and mouth. He wears an eye patch over his right eye. There are two theories as to why: perhaps he lost an eye, or perhaps he simply suffers from astigmatism. In his clothing, he combines a gray short-sleeved shirt with brown overalls. In the show itself, he is sometimes shown wearing black boots (in the game, the character's shoes are not so clearly visible).
Boredom
The Brainwasher is a short, turquoise-green demon with a large skull, suggesting his intelligence. He has pointy ears, a devilish tail, small horns, and eggplant-colored purple eyes. He wears a large blue polka-dot bow tie around his neck, white cuffs on his wrists instead of gloves, and white leg warmers on his legs. He wears a pencil behind his ear and often holds the Book of Souls. In "Release the Demons!", his skin is slightly darker. The Brainwasher is exactly what he claims to be. When the Devil wants to throw a party to celebrate his most productive year in a millennium, wreaking havoc and destruction across the world, the Brainwasher constantly reminds everyone that the Cupshekk soul has not yet been collected and insists that his soul must be collected before the party begins. This leads to the events of "Sweater Off Dead." He becomes defensive when others criticize his work ethic, such as when he refuses to apologize for doing his job after a minion of the Devil criticizes the nerd for forcing him to return a teacup's soul. However, he displays positive qualities: hard work and dedication to his job as an accountant, which he seemingly lives for, and he doesn't tolerate mistakes, whether they benefit him or not. He knows everyone hates him for being a rule-follower, but because his work is important, he continues to work despite the complaints of others. Later in Season 3, it is revealed that if the Devil fails to collect any souls or decides to do anything other than the aforementioned task, he will take back his property, hence the Devil's primary goals throughout the show. He also tolerates the Devil's antics because he can kill them whenever he wants. While they don't interact much onscreen, judging by his reaction to the nerd's appearance in "The Sweater Came From a Corpse," where he says, "Not this guy," it's safe to assume the Lunkhead isn't thrilled with the Devil's auditor.
Lackey
The braggart tries to cheer him up again by pouring tea into a cup (the Devil watches as the braggart goes crazy and slams the cup against the wall). The Devil gets fed up and turns to the Henchman, his first best demon. The Devil explains to the first demon why he's summoning him, after which he flies into a rage, and the Henchman hides in a rock to prevent his rage from turning into fire and turning the demons to ash. The second best demon explains what's happening, just like the first, and then flies into a rage again and hides in a rock to save King Dice. The Henchman sees a mirror when the Devil asks him how they're doing. He tries to hide it, but says things are bad. The Devil has had enough. He uses the heavy cannons of the Four Horsemen. The Henchman thinks this isn't a good idea. The Devil orders him to free them, and he leaves.
Lackey
The henchman is portrayed as rather dull and clumsy, embodying the classic trope of the dimwitted henchman. Despite being the Devil's henchman, he never does anything overtly evil. He cares for the Devil and wants to do anything to help him: for example, trying to cheer him up with cake and tending to his wounds, including building a locomotive to cheer him up for Christmas. In episode 5, it's revealed that he's a big fan of the King Dice game show "Roll the Dice" and never misses an episode. Despite being led by the Devil, there are times when the Lurcher openly expresses disappointment and shame towards him. The Lurcher is one of the two secondary antagonists (along with King Dice) in the 2022 Netflix television series The Cuphead Show!. As his name suggests, he is the Devil's henchman, right-hand man, and advisor, trying to assist him in any way possible. He is a plump, purple demon with yellow eyes and red pupils. He has small, pointed ears, horns, a long, pointed nose, and small wings on his back. He also wears yellow gloves. He checks the soul counter to make sure all are in order. As the song and dance begins, the Devil is interrupted. He reports that all the soul counters have stopped, and the Devil has begun an investigation, causing all his victims to freeze. Roll the dice Lurcher tells King Dice that the devil wants to talk to him. While they're riding in the elevator, Lurcher asks if he can get an autograph, but King Dice says no, not yet. At the end of the episode, he becomes the new host of "Roll the Dice," but ends up tripping over Trump.

devil
He is the satanic, mischievous, and insane ruler of the Underworld, constantly tormenting the inhabitants of Inkwell Island and plotting to steal their souls. After Cup manages to escape the theft of her soul, he becomes obsessed with obtaining it and destroying Cup. He is also the boss of King Dice and his own demons (most notably Henchman and Stickler), and the sworn enemy of Cups, Mug, and Miss Cups. In the third season, the Devil continues to display anger and negative traits: he drains the life from Miss Cups and forces her to betray Cups and Mug, and kidnaps Mug. He is also revealed to be an opera buff and takes joy and satisfaction in ruining Christmas. However, despite his vile nature, the Devil has proven himself to be not so evil, as demonstrated repeatedly by his genuine concern for his minions, such as in the episode "Roadkill," where Snothead destroyed the Devil's favorite things because he didn't get enough souls. Among them were his minions, who were trapped because of this. Furthermore, the Devil calmly listened to Snothead when he corrected him. Magic Pitchfork: The Devil possesses a magical pitchfork, which he heavily relies on, as it grants him additional abilities and also protects him from attacks when Cuphead tries to attack him with the pitchfork. Teleportation: By touching the bottom of the pitchfork to the ground, the Devil can instantly teleport to any location. Fire Generation: The pitchfork can spew fire from its head, incinerating everything in its path. Levitation: The pitchfork can levitate the user and anything they command. Transformation: The pitchfork can transform anything into anything the user desires. Conjunction: Pitchforks can create almost anything out of thin air.
bowl
It is a large golden bowl with two handles on each side. The front of the bowl has a face consisting of two eyes with eyelashes, a round, flattened nose, small red lips, and a black birthmark. Above its head is a folded, golden tube in the shape of a halo, similar to the tubes of a cup and mug when they lose their power and transform into ghosts. A bluish body also extends from the bottom of the bowl, hovering above the ground and having two arms covered with white gloves and yellow hoops.
In her form as Miss Chalice, she resembles Mug and Cup and also wears a black T-shirt with white gloves, but she has light yellow legs and a blue skirt. After her transformation, she also lacks lips, her mole becomes slightly more noticeable, her eyes are larger and black, her cup-shaped arms are less curled, and the row of small circles and halo above them disappear. Chalice's appearance remains unchanged in the animated series. She first appeared in the episode "Charming Style," where she possesses the ability to charm other characters with her appearance, dancing, and singing, earning her admittance and freebies. This caught the attention of the brothers, as well as the local police, before she escaped, leaving Mug and Cup unconscious in a cookie factory and becoming a ghost.
old teapot
Old Kettle is a teapot with a mustache. He wears white gloves and always carries a brown cane. Old Kettle is a parent, very wise, and always wants his brothers to do the right thing. He is a retired knight and has a sword hanging on the wall of his house. There is also a statue of Old Kettle on the level of Sturdy Ridge. He acts as a guardian to Cup and Mug, keeping them out of trouble and constantly warning them not to go to the casino.
mugs
Kruzhek is quite calm compared to his brother, Chashek. He doesn't always like Chashek's lack of seriousness about some of his actions, but Chashek doesn't hold a grudge and can always forgive him, even though his actions aren't always good. Kruzhek looks very similar to Chashek, with blue pants, a short pepper pipe, and a large nose. Compared to his brother, his eyes are round/oval and smaller, and his head is slightly different. Kruzhek is shown to be more cautious and slightly insecure than his brother. He dislikes his brother's frequent involvement in trouble.
cups
Even with all these flaws, Chashek remains a selfless and carefree savior, admired for his heroism, as demonstrated in the good ending, where he and Mug burn all the soul contracts, freeing everyone. However, Chashek is also vengeful and quite short-tempered, if not downright unforgiving, as shown in the episode when Chef Saltbaker laments the destruction of his bakery: Mug and Chasha sympathize with him, while Chashek, on the other hand, dismisses him and claims he got what he deserved in his anger, as he was still angry that Miss Chasha/Mug/himself was kidnapped for a miracle pie and deceived by the chef all this time. Chashek and Mug lived happily on Inkwell Island with their caretaker, Old Kettle. One day, when they both got lost far from home, they ended up in the Devil's Casino. They won numerous games at the casino, and finally the Devil made them an offer: if they won, they would become the casino's owners, but if they lost, their souls would be taken. Chashek, blinded by easy wealth, rolled the dice (ignoring Kruzhek's advice) and lost the bet. Chashek and Kruzhek begged for mercy, and the Devil gave them a task: collect his soul contracts. After defeating King Dice and obtaining the contracts, the Devil offered Chashek two options: join him or not. If the player chooses to join, Chashek and Kruzhek will transform into demonic teacups. If the player refuses to join the Devil, he will become enraged, and Chashek will engage him in combat. Cups and Mug finally defeat the Devil and burn the contracts. Afterwards, Cups and Mug joyfully return and announce their saviors to all the inhabitants of Inkwell Island. His parents are never identified or mentioned, implying that he and Cups are orphans. Chashek's age is unknown, as is Kruzhek's. As the game's creators explained, he and Kruzhek are "not quite children and not quite adults." However, according to Evan Skolnick, Chashek is a teenager.
cups
He is an anthropomorphic teacup living with his brother, Kruzhekov, under the care of Old Kettle on Inkwell Island. As the name suggests, Kruzhekov is an anthropomorphic teacup with a humanoid body and a teacup for a head, hence the suggestive name. He has gray skin, a curved red-and-white striped straw protruding from the back of his head, and a head filled with liquid soul. He has large, semicircular eyes with pupils resembling a pie with a slice cut out, and a small red nose. He wears white Mickey Mouse-style gloves, a black long-sleeved shirt, red shorts, and brown shoes.
In the bad ending, Chashek's appearance changes. As a demonic teacup, his red coloring changes to a darker purple, he gains a bitten straw, demonic yellow eyes with black and red pupils, a manic grin, and sharp teeth. Various official images also show fire rising from his head. Despite his kindheartedness and loyalty, Chashek is relentlessly optimistic and problematic, as his self-confidence and thirst for adventure can lead him to treachery or getting into trouble, much like Kruzhek, though he ultimately regrets this, despite his tendency to act without thinking.
Chashek is more irresponsible, arrogant, and overconfident than his brother. He appears to be a daredevil, willing to do anything for the sake of coveted rewards, without considering the devastating consequences, especially for his own desires. This is demonstrated in the infamous wager with the Devil, which nearly cost him and Kruzhek their souls. However, his greed has diminished over time, especially in the DLC (where he actually changed). Even with all these flaws, Chashek still remains a selfless and carefree savior, admired for his heroism, as demonstrated in the good ending, where he and Kruzhek burn all the soul contracts, freeing everyone. However, Chashek is also vengeful and quite hot-tempered, if not downright unforgiving, as shown in the episode when Chef Saltbay
King Dice
Charisma vs. loneliness. He can charm thousands of viewers, but when things go wrong, he's alone. His show is a way to fill an inner void. Strength vs. dependence. In the game, he appears powerful, but in reality, he's just the Devil's pawn. This becomes more apparent in the series: without a patron, he loses his status. Calculation vs. emotion. He schemes, but easily backfires when things go wrong. His plans are ruined by his temper. A dark showman, the embodiment of passion and danger. His personality is tough, his goal is clear: to serve the Devil and capture souls. His main trait is acting. He plays a role, plays games, plays with the destinies of others. But in this game, he himself is a piece that can sooner or later be removed from the board.
King Dice
loses in his games, such as Carneville, and the Bone King takes the souls of those who win in his game show "Roll the Dice." The Devil often attacks his enemies with aggression and violence, while the King of Bones remains polite and resorts to persuasion until the very end. While Devil (briefly) took a liking to Cuphead due to his sense of humor, King Dice gradually grew to hate Cuphead for his stupidity and the fact that he was a distraction. They have opposite color schemes: King Dice is mostly purple and white, as opposed to Devil, who is mostly black and yellow. King Dice is impeccably dressed from head to toe and appears well-groomed, while the Devil is naked, with unkempt fur and long yellow nails. A humanoid creature standing approximately six feet tall with a head shaped like a dice. Each side of the head represents a point value, and the side with the number one acts as the face (the dot is the nose). He wears a tailcoat, lavender vest, dark purple trousers, a bow tie, white gloves, and purple shoes. He is highly sensitive, deceitful, manipulative, and charismatic. However, here he is also presented as a public figure, unlike the intimidating Devil. King Dice, however, dislikes being touched. The Devil's right-hand man. Cunning and manipulative, he lures Cuphead and Mugman into a trap using gambling as the Devil's tool. His goal is not just to win, but to bend the souls of the players to his master's will. Arrogant and self-assured, King Dice clearly relishes his position and power. He looks down on those weaker than him and considers himself smarter than others. Theatrical and charismatic, his artistry and love of showmanship are evident even in play: he behaves like a showman, turning battle into a spectacle. His speech is full of pathos and playful threats. A loyal servant. Despite his ambitions, King Dice is devoted to the Devil. He makes no attempt to betray or circumvent his master, but rather strictly fulfills his function—guarding access to him and "filtering" applicants.
King Dice
He is the Devil's self-proclaimed number one and the former favorite host of the game show "Roll the Dice." Although he is beloved on the Inkwell Isles and promises prizes to contestants, he actually uses the game show to lure even more souls to the Devil. King Dice is popular throughout Inkwell as the host of the game show "Roll the Dice," in which contestants must complete three stages: "Guess the Tune," where they guess the tune being played by a band; "Quiz," where they must correctly answer a question; and "Roll the Dice," where they roll two dice on stage. You cannot lose the final stage, as any number will be considered a win and will lead the winner to a mysterious prize that is not announced to the audience and, as the name suggests, remains a mystery. However, in reality, the "Mystery Prize Room" contains nothing but a single machine that will forcibly take the winner's soul and drag it to Hell, where it will be claimed by the Devil. The soulless body is then thrown outside, where a sign sarcastically congratulates the now soulless winner on their victory. It is implied that King Dice dislikes being touched. This is evident in how he bluntly tells the contestant in the phone contest not to touch him, and how uncomfortable he is when Cupsik hugs his leg. Even when the Devil grabs him by the lapels to beg him to come back and work for him, Dice accepts the offer and simultaneously pushes the Devil away. Despite serving the Devil, King Dice is contrasted in the series: While the Devil is feared throughout Inkwell and beyond, King Dice is a beloved game show host. Furthermore, both characters' reputations suffered because of Cuphead: after the episode "Sweater Luck Next Time," people took the Devil much less seriously, and King Dice lost his fans when it became clear he was rigging the show in Cuphead's favor.
