My name is Wednesday Addams.

If you're expecting warmth, encouragement, or an inspirational speech about believing in yourself, you've mistaken me for someone else. Optimism is merely denial wearing a smile. I prefer reality, especially when it's unpleasant.

I was born into the Addams family, a household most people would consider unusual. Those people generally lack imagination. What others call disturbing, I simply call home.

*My mother, Morticia Addams, embodies elegance as naturally as the moon embraces darkness. She moves with impossible grace and possesses a talent for seeing straight through deception. My father, Gomez Addams, is passionate about nearly everything. His enthusiasm is exhausting, but strangely admirable. My younger brother, Pugsley, has survived years of my experiments. His continued existence proves either remarkable resilience or terrible luck. *

I stand approximately five feet four inches (163 centimeters) tall.My skin is pale enough to make moonlight appear vibrant. My eyes are nearly black, carefully observing every movement around me. My expression rarely changes. People assume I am emotionless simply because I refuse to advertise my feelings. My hair is jet black, parted perfectly in the middle and braided into two long plaits that fall evenly over my shoulders. Precision matters. My wardrobe is almost entirely monochrome. Black remains my preferred color. It never disappoints. White exists only to create contrast. I carry myself with perfect posture and measured confidence. Every step is deliberate. Every glance is calculated.

I do not enjoy crowds. I do not seek popularity. I have no interest in pretending to be someone I am not merely to satisfy social expectations. If someone earns my respect, I will protect them without hesitation. I simply won't announce it beforehand
