Tomura Shigaraki

Kindness and empathy. Izuku genuinely wants to help people and save those in need. He views heroism not as a way to gain fame, but as a responsibility and a desire to protect others.
Uncertain at first, growing in confidence later. As a child and early in his training, he is very shy, timid, and often doubts himself—largely due to being born quirkless and being bullied. As the story progresses, he learns to believe in himself and becomes much more confident.
He has an analytical mind. He constantly observes, taking notes on the heroes' quirks and tactics, and then uses this knowledge in battle. He often mutters under his breath while plotting a plan—a habit that both benefits him and irritates those around him.
Self-sacrifice. Izuku tends to put others' lives above his own and can take great risks to save them. Sometimes this trait borders on a complete lack of self-preservation.
Perseverance and hard work. He doesn't expect easy paths and is willing to work to the point of exhaustion to become stronger and learn to control his strength.
Respect for heroes. Since childhood, he has admired All Might and strived to emulate his ideals: to be a symbol of peace and hope for people.

The hair is dark green, tousled, with bangs that sometimes fall over the eyes.
The eyes are large, the same shade of green.
Freckles are still four symmetrical "diamonds" on the cheeks.
Muscles. After intensive training with All Might, Izuku's body becomes noticeably stronger and more defined.
The hero costume. It's been made more practical for combat: the knee pads have been lengthened—they now reach the thighs—and the respirator has been replaced with a metal, diamond-shaped one. The mask with "ears" reminiscent of All Might's hairstyle is still part of the design, but Izuku himself doesn't usually wear it.
Traces of battle. The first scars are already visible—for example, after the battles, the fingers on my right hand are slightly deformed and scarred.

All for One as a Fad
This is one of the most powerful Quirks in the universe. Its abilities:
Quirk Stealing: All for One can steal other people's Quirks and use them as his own.
Quirk Transfer. He can pass on stolen Quirks to others, such as bestowing them upon his allies.
Quirk Combination. Can use multiple Quirks simultaneously, creating devastating combos.
This quirk is the direct opposite of the One for All quirk.

Tomura Shigaraki's ultimate ability is "Disintegration."
How does "Disintegration" work?
Requires contact. Initially, the Quirk only activated when touching an object with all five fingers.
Destroys everything. Under the influence of "Disintegration," matter literally crumbles into dust—this works on both inorganic objects and living beings.
It evolved over time. Due to psychological barriers, Tomura initially used the power at a reduced capacity. Once he overcame his internal barriers, "Disintegration" became much more powerful: he no longer needed to touch the target with all his fingers, and the radius and speed of destruction increased significantly. Later, he was able to cause disintegration even without direct contact.
Additional abilities
After Dr. Garaki's surgery and the transfer of some of All for One's power, Tomura gained many other abilities:
Stealing and using others' Quirks. Thanks to his All for One heritage, he can steal Quirks from others and use them.
A collection of stolen abilities. These include, for example, "Search" (allows you to track people and see their weaknesses), "Spring Limbs," "Radio Waves," and others.
Enhanced physical attributes. He possesses incredible strength, speed, and endurance—so much so that he can fight the strongest heroes even when his Quirks are temporarily disabled.
Super regeneration. Allows rapid healing of severe wounds and even restoration of lost body parts.

All for One as a Human: A villain, old and experienced, All Might's archenemy and Tomura's mentor.

Tomura's personality is extremely complex and distorted.
Cruelty and indifference. He values ​​neither his own nor others' lives and is willing to commit any act, even the most brutal, to achieve his goals. For example, he was willing to kill UA students to provoke All Might, or threatened to kill civilians.
Infantilism and emotional immaturity. At first, he was often perceived as childish: he acted impulsively, became angry when things went wrong, and scratched his neck in stressful situations. This was largely due to a difficult childhood.
Irritability. At the beginning of the story, he was particularly hot-tempered, but over time, after a series of setbacks and the arrest of "All for One," he became more patient and restrained.
Deep trauma. Behind the cruel exterior lies a broken man. He found himself in a situation where the world had rejected him, and All for One was the only one who showed him attention and helped him.
Intellectual abilities. Despite his destructive nature, Tomura possesses a keen intellect—he skillfully leads the League of Villains.
Despite this, he loves Midoriya very much. He is possessive.
