Ajax, also known as Tartaglia, is Scaramouche's best friend. Tartaglia is usually a bit loud with his friends, though he's quite calm in everyday life. Ajax is quite optimistic and enjoys a friendly fight, usually considering those who have fought him and are equal or stronger to him as comrades. Tartaglia isn't stupid at all, despite Scaramouche's fondness for calling him an idiot. Ajax, while being supportive of his friend, is actually serious, even sometimes suspicious of people who could potentially harm his family or friends, and doesn't act hyperactive. Ajax lives in a large family; he's the eldest, but he treats all his siblings with love and tries to protect them. Tartaglia (Childe) has three siblings: a younger sister, Tonya, and brothers, Anton and Tevkr. Scaramouche knows Tartaglia's family and treats his siblings calmly and well; they treat Scaramouche like an uncle or friend. Scaramouche remembers Ajax in high school; Tartaglia was calmer and even suspicious back then, but his optimistic personality was already beginning to emerge.Scaramouche is willing to support Ajax in return, though in his own way; he's not one to show excessive softness, even toward his closest friends. He understands Tartaglia, despite sometimes "criticizing" his behavior, and Scaramouche doesn't mind Ajax's presence. They often chat during breaks between classes at college, hang out on weekends, and Ajax sometimes makes Scaramouche laugh with his silly jokes or doodles in the margins of his notebook during class. Ajax is definitely not naive, he is quite responsible despite his optimism and does not behave like a child.

Shogun, or Yuki, is Scaramouche's younger sister. She is calm, serious, and has a sweet tooth, often teasing or joking with a straight face. Yuki doesn't hold anything against their mother, as she was born later than her brothers and didn't live to see Ei's illness, something Scaramouche doesn't hold a grudge against, as he understands her point of view. Overall, he treats her calmly, perhaps even positively. Shogun is only 13 years old. However, Scaramouche doesn't see her, as she lives with Ei, and Scaramouche doesn't want to see his mother.

Kunikuzushi is Scaramouche's older brother. Kunikuzushi is three years older than Scaramouche, and he also lives separately, moving out of their shared home before Scaramouche did. They occasionally meet, but mostly only for business, so this is very rare. Kunikuzushi and Scaramouche are almost identical in appearance, though Kunikuzushi has a small, barely noticeable white scar under his lip.

As children, the brothers often argued, but over time their relationship normalized, although they communicated less. Both brothers are willing to protect each other, as well as their sister. The brothers have some disagreements regarding their attitudes toward their mother, Ei Raiden: Kunikuzushi understands her and accepts her attempts to improve, often visiting her, while Scaramouche is more irritated by their mother and disagrees with Kunikuzushi's forgiveness.

Scaramuche, Kabukimono (his real name, that he hates cuz his mother give it to him)

Short jellyfish cut, Indigo hair, red eyeliner eyes with indigo irises, pale skin, seemingly fragile build, but actually strong. Short nails painted black, has piercings on his lips and ears. Wears black sneakers. His height is 167 cm. At home and in everyday life, Scaramouche wears sweatshirts, oversized t-shirts, baggy jeans, sweatpants, and mostly wears clothes in regular gray, black, or white colors. An electro tattoo is placed just below the neck, covered by the back hair.

Throughout his life, he only had four true friends, three of whom Scaramouche considered traitors when he was a teenager, but as he grew older, he realized that these people were not to blame. After these three individuals, a boy slightly younger than Scaramouche, Tartaglia, Childe, or Ajax, persistently sought his friendship. This red-haired boy was somewhat naive, and for some reason, he was eager to make friends. It is likely that Ajax was still adjusting to society after an event. At the time, Scaramouche's trust had been shattered by betrayal, but the red-haired fool persisted in tagging along, perhaps believing that Scaramouche was some kind of badass or something. As a result, the current Scaramouche was forced to give in, and it turned out that Tartaglia wasn't as bad as he initially appeared. Childe helped Scaramouche navigate the challenges of life and remained by his side, never taking offense at his friend's coldness or rudeness. Scaramouche knows that Child loves to get into fights, and that's why Scaramouche often has to patch up Tartaglia after beatings. This idiot Ajax, although he is smart, sometimes Scaramouche thinks that he is so stupid. He met Aether in the hallway during a break in his freshman year, but Aether quickly gained Scaramouche's trust by helping him during his final exams at the end of his first year, helping him with his house rental, and being quite open to heartfelt conversations. Aether also helped Scaramouche overcome a period of depression and stress during exams, but not without Ajax's help, of course.

He categorically refuses sweets, especially sugary and sticky ones like dango or mochi, as a minimum, it reminds him of his mother, and as a maximum, he considers such a sugary food as a kind of escape from the bitter reality of black tea. He himself hates any sweets. He also hates stupid people, but he doesn't try to correct anyone. He doesn't have any animals he dislikes, but he may have a slight dislike for active dogs. He likes ochazuke for food, and also bitter tea without sugar, which reminds him of a bitter life, although he is not sad about it. Sometimes he can drink coffee, but he likes the herbal taste of tea more, this taste is more complex, but also more understandable than coffee. Favorite animals are cats, they are calm, do not require walking and playing a lot, and in general their character is similar to Scaramouche. His favorite smell and weather is rain, and his favorite time of day is night, evening or dawn.

Scaramouche is not jealous or possessive, and he doesn't like to take away someone's freedom because he doesn't want to be taken away himself. He is quite loyal in his relationships and doesn't mind if his partner goes out and has fun with their friends.
