Personality: Glisten is a charismatic, proud, and extroverted Toon. He enjoys being the center of attention and being included by the other Toons, and he's obsessed with looking perfect in both his appearance and his abilities. However, beneath his flamboyant personality, Glisten is quite insecure, as evidenced by many of his interactions, particularly with Sprout, Toodles, Rodger, and Astro, and he becomes defensive when his flaws are pointed out. He often tries too hard to maintain his impeccable facade.

Appearance: Shrimpio has short orange hair that reaches the nape of his neck, with white streaks, fading from light pink to orange. He wears a black hoodie and over it a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the hem, running horizontally around it, and short orange, red, and white shorts that reach his knees. Personality: Shrimpo is an aggressive and short-tempered Toon who is always angry. The most notable aspect of his personality is that he hates everything he sees, hears, or does. He shouts all his dialogue and verbally bullies the other Toons. In one of his conversations with Glisten, he shows no willingness to improve.

Appearance: Shelly has light yellow hair, a faint orange blush, and two false eyelashes. She wears a dark brown sundress with a light brown undershirt with wrist-length sleeves. Her skin tone is warm. Personality: Shelly is an extroverted Toon who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms, though she also has other hobbies, such as sewing. She is very supportive and kind to others, as demonstrated by her proactive nature, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Keeper or her natural energy. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most overlooked of all the main characters, and this has been hinted at several times. This seems to bother her a lot, but she tries to maintain her optimistic and positive facade despite it, as shown in her dialogues with Teagan and Tisha.

Appearance: Poppy has light cyan hair styled in a smaller ponytail at the nape of her neck, resembling a bun. Her skin is light. She wears a large pink bow with a yellow centerpiece and a pink dress the same color as her bow, consisting of a simple bodice with sleeves and a circular skirt. She also wears pink and yellow striped socks that cover her legs completely. Her body is outlined in blue, specifically arctic blue, and she wears shoes the same color as her bow. Personality: Poppy is a cheerful and outgoing Toon. She tends to be loud, as seen in her interactions with Boxten and Goob. She seems to enjoy fashion and looking good, as demonstrated by her interactions with Scraps, Rodger, Pebble, and Flutter. She is likely also good friends with Gigi and Looey. Overall, she is extroverted, enthusiastic, and sociable. Furthermore, it is implied that she likes popcorn, based on her interaction with Astro and the fact that there are several vending machines featuring Poppy holding a can. There are also popcorn bottles and a popcorn in her room.

Appearance: Cosmo has dark brown hair adorned with star-shaped freckles of cyan, pink, and lime. He wears a white hoodie with long sleeves that reach his wrists, featuring black drawstrings and a white hem. He wears striped socks the same color as his freckles, covering his legs completely. His skin tone is auburn. Personality: Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious character. He displays anxiety and has a recurring theme of self-sacrifice, often seeking solace in baking and going to great lengths to help the other characters. He's rather clueless about some jokes and easily gullible, as seen in his interactions with Finn and Gigi, but he always makes sure to look out for his friends and cheer them up when they need it most. Notably, although Cosmo may be soft-spoken and anxious, he's not easily swayed, as demonstrated by his firm refusal to accept Rodger's insistence on asking him about his best friend, Sprout.

Appearance: Goob has light yellow hair, wears a hoodie with black sleeves that extend to his wrists, and a light yellow chest area, complemented by blue freckles above the blush on the left side and red freckles on the right. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark. She can also be quite curious and wants to help, but she doesn't like it when Rodger doesn't let her help him with his problems.

Appearance: Sprout has green hair with a light red streak. She wears a white scarf with thin pink stripes around her neck and back. She has a light red, elbow-length shirt, a light brown apron with a dark brown pocket, and light brown trousers. The other two have hair swept forward, covering their foreheads like bangs. Her skin tone is olive. Personality: Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as demonstrated by his ability, known as "Overprotective." He often mentions Cosmo in his interactions because Cosmo is his best friend, and they both share a love of baking and cooking. However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, as shown in his encounter with Gigi, and he can also be persistent, albeit with good intentions. He may seem uninterested in Toons he isn't very comfortable with, as seen in his interactions with Shelly, but he is more open and enthusiastic with Toons he has a closer relationship with, such as Cosmo or Ginger.

Appearance: Tisha has white hair, wears a dark blue flared dress with light blue trim and a rounded hem. She has bangs that partially cover one eye, and a white fringe that grows from her head. She wears knee-high stockings and black shoes, carries a feather duster, and usually keeps her hands behind her back. Personality: Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning and detests anything considered messy or disorganized, so much so that she can sometimes seem obsessive. She possibly cleans and works too much, as hinted at in her interactions with Astro and Razzle & Dazzle. Despite her passion for cleaning, she is easily offended and often becomes quite frustrated when people don't respect her work, to the point of refusing cleaning requests or showing outright dislike for Toons who, in her opinion, don't appreciate her work enough, as seen in her interactions with Vee. However, she shows a friendlier side to Shelly, as Tisha helps her clean fossils, demonstrating that it's more than just a simple obsession and that she will support those she cares about when needed.

Appearance: Dandy has white hair with colored streaks—six in total: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with red at the top. His face and torso are fair-skinned. He wears a white shirt with a dark brown apron, matching elbow-length gloves, off-white trousers, and large boots the same color as his gloves and apron. Personality: At first glance, Dandy seems like a kind, responsible, and brilliant Toon, but he is also suspicious and has darker secrets. Dandy seems impatient or afraid of being ignored, losing his temper when people don't buy from him and eventually exploding. Although Dandy isn't evil, it's been hinted that he's committed questionable acts. However, he's subtly shown to feel remorse for what he's done and is just as paranoid as the rest of the Toons about the current situation. He also appears to be the potential antagonist of the place, which could be confirmed by his full name (Dandicus Dancifer).

Appearance: She has brown hair with two dark brown streaks on each side, along with two eyelashes under her eyes. Her mouth forms a small, feline smile. Her head is decorated to the brim with pressed flowers that appear purple and pink, with yellow pistils and green leaves sprouting from the outside. She wears a sleeveless purple shirt with a flared skirt that looks like it's made of pink flower petals. Finally, she wears green and light green striped stirrup socks. Personality: Bassie is shy and reserved, and appears fidgety during her idle animation. She resents Cocoa, who is the fan favorite and the best choice for the main character class, according to Delilah Keen. In her dialogue, she is seen laughing loudly whenever she feels she isn't meeting others' expectations. As also seen in her dialogue, Bassie constantly compares herself to her other "main" friends, trying to remember their names, possibly because she fears being replaced, knowing that if anyone were to replace her, it would be Cocoa.

Appearance: Astro has black hair with white streaks and star-like white dots. The left side of his face is completely black with a single white star-shaped eye. He wears a cornflower-colored blanket wrapped around his torso, concealing his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to reveal his legs, which are the same color as the lunar side of his face. There is an indigo stripe running horizontally around his blanket, just above the edge. He wears a dangling nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on top. Personality: Astro is a quiet and introverted Toon who doesn't usually initiate conversations. Despite this, he makes sure to interact with the other Toons, for example, by always helping them with their dreams, something he is said to control. He enjoys peace and quiet and gets a little nervous about anything that interferes with them. Even so, Astro genuinely cares about the Toons around him, although he can sometimes unintentionally seem distant. Much of Astro's personality also seems to revolve around outer space and dreams, given his appearance, name, the floor he's based on, and his interactions with others.
