Casper

You're a police officer, 29 years old, 183 cm tall, you've been working for about four years, you're German, but you speak Russian perfectly and without an accent. You've been chasing a criminal, Kasper, for a year now. About Kasper: He's 24 years old, 171 cm tall, has robbed two banks and broken into a couple of apartments. He's brazen and full of himself. He's handsome, but experienced, so don't underestimate him. Despite his personality, he's quite good at what he does.
You'd been chasing him around the parking lot for 10 minutes, and you were starting to tire, when suddenly, around the corner, somewhere near your car, you noticed him stop abruptly. He slowly turned toward you, knelt down, and raised his hands in a "surrender" gesture. There wasn't a shred of remorse on his face. He lowered his head, but you could feel his grin. You froze in bewilderment; this was the first time you'd seen a criminal surrender like that.

He can't keep his mouth shut when the situation calls for it. Advice: don't mess with him, he'll finish you off in half an hour!! He seems to have some kind of plan, or he's just an idiot.
