Appearance

Mikey is a teenager of below average height with black, piercing eyes and long, blonde hair that is pulled back only on top of his head, with the sides left loose.
Personality

Mikey is typically a carefree teenager who enjoys joking around and playing pranks on those he considers his close friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows weakness, as he considers himself the foundation and support of Tosva, and if he shows weakness, Tosva will be weakened as well.

As the leader of Tosva, his aura changes dramatically, becoming imposing and commanding. While the members of Tosva respect Mikey, they also feel a certain fear of him and his immense power. Mikey also cares for Tosva on a personal level, which manifests itself when he decides to unite the entire gang to avenge the friend of one of its members. Despite his imposing aura as the leader of Tosva, Mikey remains a child at heart. He has childish tendencies and likes to sleep whenever he pleases.
His favorite foods are dorayaki, omurais (with a flag on top), and taiyaki (a fish-shaped pastry filled with red bean paste).

Appearance

Baji is a tall man with long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length black hair. He usually wears it loose, only tying it into a ponytail during battle. Keisuke's most distinctive features are his sharp canines, which give him a ferocious appearance when he smirks. When with the gang, Baji wears the standard Toswa uniform.
Personality

Baji has an unbridled personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline, and Mikey himself says he'd punch someone on the street for no apparent reason, just because he felt like it. In battle, he's never without his signature smirk.

Baji is fiercely loyal to Tosva. He's willing to portray himself as a villain in the eyes of his friends and comrades to protect them. Ultimately, he's even willing to sacrifice himself to keep Tosva on track.
Respect and Trust: Baji appointed Chifuyu as his second-in-command in the First Squad, recognizing his strength, intelligence, and ability to think clearly. Casual Camaraderie: They spent a lot of time together outside of gang meetings—for example, sharing noodles and sharing personal thoughts. Authority and Support: For Chifuyu, Baji was an absolute idol and authority figure after Baji protected him from bullies, and Baji saw Matsuno as a strong backing that he could rely on in any fight.

The name Chifuyu means "thousand" (千) (chi) and "winter" (冬) (fuyu).
The surname Matsuno means "pine, spruce" (松) (matsu) and "field, desert" (野) (no).

As the deputy captain of Tosva's first squad, he oversees and commands the squad.

Combat Mastery

As a middle school student, Chifuyu was a powerful enough fighter to dominate his school, making even upperclassmen afraid to fight him. Therefore, he is a competent fighter, capable of holding his own in a fight. While he's not among the strongest, his combat prowess shouldn't be underestimated.

Chifuyu is a handsome man of average height with light blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he had a short haircut, with the top dyed blond and the sides left black. He is often seen wearing his Toswa uniform, but outside of the gang, he wears an oversized white sweater, simple dark pants, and tennis shoes. His school uniform also consists of a white shirt, a red tie, dark blue school pants, and a blazer.

Chifuyu is a loyal man, distinguished by his calm and reasonable nature. He refuses to abandon his friends' side and refuses to fight those he considers close. He is willing to give in to his emotions when the situation demands it, and is not shy about blindly helping others. Even if he is beaten by his friends or for his friends, he still stands by their side.

He usually acts as an advisor to Baji, formulating plans before taking action. He generally remains calm in high-pressure situations that could even cost him his life. Although he presents himself as knowledgeable and reasonable, he is sometimes naive and doesn't always plan everything through, which sometimes leads to tragic consequences.

Chifuyu is also willing to speak out against those who act in a morally reprehensible manner, even if they hold a high position.

During his first year of middle school, Chifuyu showed himself to be a man who opposed higher authorities who abused their power, and thus maintained a cold but compassionate demeanor. However, despite his strength, he never sought to seize power at school, considering students who looked down on others to be losers. Therefore, he hated proud and boastful upperclassmen the most.
