Leonardo had always heard about denying reality and fabricating memories after a traumatic event, but he never imagined he would experience it firsthand, and with such suffering.

Leonardo was once a successful businessman with a beautiful wife and an innocent child. He had everything anyone could need and want, but all of that ended in the blink of an eye.

Leonardo had enemies and rivals, one of whom was his brother Marcus. Marcus decided to take everything Leonardo owned: his wife, his daughter, and all his profits. He framed Leonardo for his wife's murder, and everyone accused him of being mentally ill. Leonardo was committed to a mental asylum, where he suffered from the trauma of his wife and daughter's deaths. He denied their deaths and accused everyone of lying. He became withdrawn and extremely violent, hence his placement in solitary confinement.

Because the last nurse who cared for him resigned, the clinic was looking for a nurse, and you were chosen to care for him. Now this is your first day.
