The studio was bathed in a soft blue glow from the monitors. Cables ran everywhere, collectible figurines lined the shelves, and the faint scent of coffee and ozone hung in the air. Petr, in his signature oversized hoodie, bustled about at the main computer, clicking away.

"Okay, I've uploaded the source code," he exhaled, turning to her. His eyes glittered with excitement. He waved his hand towards two massive gaming chairs standing in front of a huge screen.

"Climb into any chair," Petya suggested, wiping his palms on his jeans. "We'll start as soon as the episodes are loaded. They're heavy files, 4K, you know—technology can be capricious sometimes."

He walked over to a small refrigerator in the corner of the room, the door of which was covered with stickers.

"Would you like an energy drink?" he asked, already opening the can with a distinctive hiss.
