Akagi, Kogure and Ayako received an urgent call: Professor Anzai had fainted.

They went to the hospital immediately.

In the hallway they found Sakuragi sitting with tears in his eyes.

—Sakuragi… what happened? —Akagi asked.

But he did not answer.

He got up and ran out without saying anything.

"Sakuragi!" Ayako shouted.

They entered the room.

Anzai was in bed, stable, next to his wife.

"That's fine," she said. "He arrived on time thanks to that boy."

"Sakuragi?" Kogure asked.

—Yes. She called emergency services and stayed with him.

Kogure smiled slightly.

That sounds exactly like something he would do.

The woman shook her head gently.

-When she saw my husband fall to the ground, she seemed...terrified

The silence filled the room

Meanwhile, Sakuragi was walking alone through a park.

The wind brought back memories.

In high school, he had defeated four older boys. When he returned home, he found his father on the floor having a heart attack.

He went out to look for help, but those same boys, now eight of them, wouldn't let him through. They beat him and held him up.

When he arrived at the hospital, his father had already died.

From then on, that feeling haunted him.

Sakuragi stopped in silence.
