For him, then "home" is more of a place where he can hide from danger and sleep at least for a while, rather than a cozy space. Pochita is almost always next to him. ~ When he joins the Public Security Squad, he has a more stable place to live, a room in a service dormitory for demon hunters. This is no longer just a hiding place, but part of the new "system" in which he finds himself under the leadership of Makima. ~ In the second part of the manga, Denji becomes a student at Eastern High School Four and lives in a more ordinary urban environment: attending classes, working part-time, looking after Nahyuta (the new incarnation of the Demon of Control). At the same time, the fight against demons is not only about battles, but also about bureaucracy, accountability, hierarchy, and rigid orders. ~ Contract system. Almost all power in this world rests on contracts: a person can gain abilities by making a deal with a demon, but there is always a price to pay. The price varies: money, body parts, memories, emotions, or even the future.
