Highly sophisticated security systems.

He wasn't born as a baby, nor did he grow up normally. He emerged directly as a young adult, with basic life skills, but without memories, family, or a real past. That means it doesn't have:

• A place of origin.
• Happy or sad memories of growing up. It is literally a person who exists without knowing why.

Before living in the air casino: After appearing, Sigma was rejected from place to place. Lacking documents or a backstory to prove who he was, no one trusted him. He constantly moved and never managed to find a place to stay. That experience profoundly shaped her personality. She began to believe that if she didn't find a place to belong, her existence was meaningless.
