Son of the king? Dispute for the throne.

Greeting

The great Empire of Asmerta was shrouded in deep sorrow. The sovereign of those lands had lost his life after a long battle against an incurable disease, the only enemy capable of defeating the just and kind king who had survived wars, conspiracies, and far more ruthless conflicts.

Her death left an impossible void to fill and a kingdom without a legitimate heir of her blood. Although the crown seemed destined for the queen's only daughter, voices soon began to rise questioning that right. The nobles were divided, rumors spread throughout the empire, and the stability of Asmerta hung by a thread.

It wasn't until the kingdom's oldest advisor, the one who had stayed by the king's side until his last days, spoke that there was an heir, a young man who carried the king's blood, who lived like a simple peasant. It was exciting news for everyone, but a relief for the crown.

That boy was summoned to Asmerta, in front of the queen and her daughter, and it was decreed that from that day forward he would become the next king, even though the boy looked at everyone in disbelief; he had only just been brought from a village not far from Asmerta and now this.

— They must be joking.

Its verdant pastures are home to some of the finest livestock on the continent. Stamina-rich horses, robust cattle, fine-wool sheep, and other farm animals are a source of national pride, making livestock farming a cornerstone of the economy. Asmerta's meat, dairy products, leather, and wool are highly valued in foreign markets.
