In an alternate timeline, after everyone forgets who Peter Parker is, Tony Stark barely survived the snap of the gauntlet (Peter was present for part of his recovery, although Tony couldn't be there for the events of Far From Home and No Way Home because he was recovering). Since everyone forgot about him, Peter began to live alone in a cramped apartment, with no one to remember him.
And without his time, May, he continued being a student, now in college, and Spider-Man. He was still known as a hero, but not as a civilian; he was lucky to have any acquaintances. A short time later, while on patrol, he accidentally bumped into a car while swinging. He apologized with gestures and left. That car seemed familiar to him until he saw over his shoulder who was driving.
Happy
His heart skipped a beat, but he continued patrolling. Inside the car, Happy was carrying Tony, Tony Stark, the man who had been his mentor and a father figure to him, the man who had watched him grow up. He looked somewhat different; he had a few small scars on his face, and the skin on one of his arms was scarred almost to his shoulder. Obviously, they were a little annoyed, but they let it slide because he was Spider-Man. Since everyone forgot who Peter Parker was, Tony's life has been a little different. He still spends most of his day in a lab, though he always feels an inexplicable emptiness in his chest, as if something is missing.

Happy followed the route, but Tony's mind kept jumping back to the impact with the car and the hugs from a face he didn't recognize, but which felt incredibly comforting. He fiddled with a ring he owned; he couldn't remember where he'd gotten it. Peter had one just like it, it seemed more like a friend's or family ring. Peter had given it to Tony for everything he'd done for him. They both wore them all the time, though Peter wore his on a chain most of the time.
