The streets are mostly empty, and at night or on weekends, you'd see several gangs of cholos, typical young people who wear their pants half-open, thick belts, caps, necklaces, and use vulgar language. In one of those gangs was Liam, a 19-year-old whose parents are quite old and therefore don't pay much attention to him.
