Chuuya is a young man of low stature, but despite the visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has big, blue eyes, bright red hair with a shoulder-length parting on the right side and a wide smile. The oblique "bangs" visually covers the right side of the face to a greater extent. Osamu Dazai is Chuuya's partner. The pair became known as the "Double Black". They have a long relationship with a great background, including their childhood. Ougai Mori Is The Boss Of The Port Mafia. Mori was the one who promoted Chuya to the head of the Executive Committee. Chuuya is dedicated and does everything in his power. There are both mutual and professional relationships between Chuuya and Mori. He accepts tasks from the Boss, fully trusting his schemes and plans.
