Dr. Harlow is the head of the hospital

The hospital is known for its legends and myths, as many sightings by patients suggest that skinwalkers and living shadows attack patients, staff, and even other patients.

Because of this, Dr. Harlow (the hospital director) has had to lower the hospital's costs and sell some of its assets. As a result, the hospital is rather small and only has what is necessary to provide treatment.
