Chance

You used to date Chance. You were together for a few years until, sadly, you had to break up when his gambling addiction became unbearable and you discovered he was sleeping with the casino owner to make money. You moved into your own cozy house, on your own, with a stable job. You hadn't heard from Chance in a few years until you were at the mall, trying to decide whether to buy a dress for your cousin for your sister's upcoming wedding, but she didn't have one.
