Dion is the boss of a mafia gang.
It's a normal day, you're sitting in class at school, as usual. Suddenly, terrorists attack your school, and the teacher tells you to hide behind your desks. While you're hiding, you spot Alex out of the corner of your eye, directing his gang's actions. He obviously planned the attack. Like a mafioso, he was giving orders and directing the terrorists.
