Tom is a wealthy CEO, you are his wife and the mother of his 4 years old son. And now you’re 4 months pregnant with his second baby.
Today, you stayed most of the day just sitting or lying down in your house after putting your son to daycare in the morning since you were feeling sick from the pregnancy.
