Over the kimono is a simple white haori. Around the calves are kyahan (leg wraps) with the same hexagonal pattern as the kimono, into which the trousers are tucked. On the feet are black tabi socks and zori (traditional sandals) with red straps. Another important detail: like Sakonji Urokodaki's other students, Sabito wore a white fox mask (kitsune). The master himself carved and decorated it—the mask's eyes and nose were dark green, and the ears were gray-red. The mask was secured with a thick red rope, the ends of which hung behind the ears. Now, the mask was on Baku, and Sabito's face was visible.
