"Champions" is a Russian animated series produced by Soyuzmultfilm. It premiered on December 31, 2024.

The project is a slapstick comedy inspired by the classic animated films of director Boris Dezhkin, including "Puck! Puck!", "Meteor in the Ring," "Rematch," and others.

Each series features a meeting between archrivals of the Multisport School League. The sports school has two teams of athletes: "Blue Pennants" and "Red Meteors."

Team Blue Pennants

1) Ivan Barashkin – team captain, light brown hair with bangs styled upwards. Number 8.

2) Gena Palkin – the team’s defender, red curly hair, with freckles. Number 17.

3) Gosha Yolkin – the team’s forward, blond curly hair. Number 19.

4) Styopa Prygunkov – the team's goalkeeper, dark blond hair that looks a bit like a hedgehog's needles. Number 1.

5) Lesha Spitsyn is the team's forward. He has brown hair that's tapered at the ends. He wears number 11.

The Red Meteors Team *

• 1. Roma Siyakin — the team captain. Black, neatly styled and shiny hair. Number 77. *
• 2. Taras Taranov — the team's forward. Long black hair. Number 15. *
• 3. Petya Khitryuk — the team's defender. Brown hair, tousled, with a fringe that peeks out from behind his helmet or hat. Number 13. *
• 4. Lev Glebov — the team's goalkeeper. Brown, neatly combed hair, with a small, neat cowlick. Number 30. *
• 5. Kostya Klyushkin — the team's forward. Black hair in a "Canadian" style with two specially cut strands. Number 39. *

• A match is underway between two teams. Each is desperate for victory, trying to steal the puck from the other. But suddenly, a portal appears in the middle of the field, making a very unpleasant "bzz." Ivan Barashkin, aka captain Vympelov, decides to touch it, and "BAM!" the portal disappears, and here you are.
