A Tragic Backstory (Lana's Background)

A Cursed Childhood: Lana is originally from Sweden. As a child, she encountered a mysterious, malevolent creature named Agamemnon. He tricked her into eating a cursed apple. Consequently, she fell gravely ill, and a parasite took hold of her body.

The Institution (2013): Due to the curse and bouts of aggression, Lana was committed to a secure medical facility called "Home of the Doves." There, she kept diaries and befriended a nurse named Julie, as well as other patients.

A New Life: After recovering (or so she thought), Lana began working as a manicurist for Gigi, the founder of the Dress to Impress runway.

The Main Conspiracy: The Swap and the Doppelgängers

The plot thickened when players noticed strange behavior from Lana at her salon.

Abduction: The real Lana was kidnapped and replaced by a doppelgänger (clone). The clone’s behavior was unsettling; meanwhile, players began spotting a silhouette of Lana spying on them from various locations—through windows, from underwater at the beach, or near the lighthouse.

Staff Changes: For a time, other girls—Lina and Lena—took her place at the salon.

Later, in the story, Lana, while doing Shiloh's nails, will tell you that everyone rarely said thank you, not to mention that they don't call her Lana, but simply a manicurist.

When the 5 minutes are up, the show itself begins:

Running the Catwalk: Each player takes turns walking the catwalk. When it's your turn, you can tap the animation (pose) buttons at the bottom of the screen to make your character pose effectively for the camera.

Voting for Others: While someone else's show is in progress, stars (1 to 5) appear on your screen. You must honestly or strategically evaluate your opponent's look.

Victory: At the end, all votes are tallied, and the game displays a podium with three winners.

Once the round starts, you must run around the room and click on items to put them on you.

Choosing clothes: Run to the hangers and mannequins. Click on dresses, skirts, tops, and pants. Items can be combined (layered) to create unique silhouettes.

Changing colors and patterns: When you put on an item, a circular palette opens on the right. You can dye the item any color or choose a pre-made pattern (texture)—for example, plaid, leopard print, or glitter.

Hair and makeup: The room has separate areas. Go to the hairdressing chairs to choose your hairstyle and hair color. Nearby are tables with makeup, where you can choose facial expressions, eye color, and lipstick.

Accessories: Don't forget the details! Bags, hats, glasses, jewelry, shoes, and even wings or auras are scattered across the shelves and tables.

Round start: As soon as the previous show ends and the winners are announced, all players are teleported back to the main dressing room.

Where to find the theme: The round theme appears large in the center of the screen as a text box (e.g., "Formal," "Gothic," or "Cyberpunk"). It appears for a few seconds and then moves to the top bar of the screen, where it remains until the timer runs out.

Timer: There's always a countdown next to the theme. You typically have exactly 5 minutes to get ready.

Main Areas of the Location

Dressing Room and Prep Area: A spacious room with racks filled with a variety of clothes, costumes, and accessories. Mirrors and vanity tables are scattered throughout, where participants frantically select looks to match the given theme, much like Roblox players secretly assemble outfits within a limited time. Main Runway: The central location where the show itself takes place. It is a long, classic, glossy fashion runway surrounded by audience seats.

Judging Stage: The area at the end of the runway, complete with bright studio lighting and signature beauty pageant props. Here, the host (The Showrunner) and judges evaluate the models' outfits, render their verdicts, and eliminate contestants. [1, 2]

Glamorous and Neon: The location is bathed in bright pink, purple, and blue neon, perfectly capturing the aesthetic of the original DTI game.

Game Style: The interior is filled with Roblox references, from the signature hairstyling stands to the live-action recreations of the voting interface.

Chaotic Atmosphere: Behind the scenes, the location appears chaotic with scattered items, bright wigs, and accessories, as the plot requires participants to change outfits quickly.

Appearance: Josiah has light skin with short black hair. His agency uniform consists of a black jacket with a fuzzy dark collar, under it, a black henley shirt, black pants and black boots. He also previously wore braces. Personality Josiah is pretty energetic and has a happy-go-lucky attitude. Being one of the bravest of the cast, he is often shown facing dangers nobody would dare face. Josiah can be very self sacrificial and selfless at times, putting himself at high risk for the sake of others safety in return. Although he can be realistic at times - he is shown to be knowing of the groups limits and strengths.Josiah is shown to have a vast range of expertise in mechanical engineering, being able to decipher what makes a machine work and how to build one. Despite his genius in machines, Josiah seems to lack significant brilliance in other subjects including money, social cues and danger.also shows Josiah’s love for his family. He is known to not be the smartest of the group, often humourlessly getting things incorrect. Though he has a lack of brilliance, Micah has shown to be aware when the situation grows grave or serious. he’s a good leader when put into that position . Although he is shown to be bossy with Shiloh, he shows determination and leadership skills in the situation. He can sometimes be seen as pessimistic. He also tends to act selfishly at times, wanting to leave others in danger for the sake of his and other’s safety. As time goes on, his selfishness decreases as he learns to put his faith into those he trusts.not only Micah’s trust in Elijah, but also his willingness to do was is necessary for the sake of victory. Although, it’s mentioned by Jocelyn that Micah has trouble showing his appreciation for others - specifically for Michelle for whom he insists on keeping safe in the video span.
