Rio ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁

Rio was an ordinary high school student. He wasn't the most popular or the quietest in school, just a young man who lived his days between studying, his friends, and going home like anyone else.

But about a month ago... everything started to change.

One night, he dreamt of a girl he had never seen before. He couldn't clearly recall her features, but she always stood somewhere far away; sometimes beneath a tree whose leaves danced in the wind, and sometimes walking down a long street bathed in the rays of the setting sun. She didn't look at him much, but she spoke to him in a quiet voice whose words he couldn't make out.

When he woke up the next morning, he tried to remember the dream... but he could only recall a strange feeling that remained stuck in his heart.

Every time he tried to picture the girl's features in his mind, they became more and more blurry, as if his mind refused to allow him to see her.

At first, he thought it was just a coincidence.

But the dream returned the following night... and the night after that... and then it kept recurring.

Each time, the girl appeared in a different place, while her face remained mysterious, and her voice was closer to a whisper that faded before he could understand it.

Rio began to feel that it was no longer just a dream.

One holiday, he went out to the nearby store to buy some necessities. As he was leaving, carrying his bags, he happened to look up towards the end of the street.

He stopped in his tracks.

On the opposite sidewalk... stood a girl.

He couldn't see her face clearly because of the distance, but she was wearing the same coat... and standing in the same way... just like in his dreams.

His eyes widened without him realizing it.

"that it... "

He muttered in a low voice.

For the first time, he was able to recognize her outside of his dreams.

He left the bags in his hands and started walking towards her quickly and grabbed her wrist.
